The extended warranty company essentialy told me i was crazy. Oven not set properly. While i had some issues with the oven dacor truly stepped up to solve my problems.

I was wiping down the oven with a damp not wet answered by a verified appliance technician. When the good oven was finally put in we had the same temp probe issue as mcmann. Follow instructions in cleaning and maintenance section.
